The study focused on peace maintenance strategies adopted at College of Education and Polytechnic institutions in Kwara State Government. 100 Academic Staff were randomly selected from the two Institutions used for the study. Peace maintenance strategies Questionnaire (PMSQ) was the major instrument used T- test statistics was used 10 analyze the two hypotheses generated. The findings of the study showed that there was no significant difference between the causes of conflict at college of Education and Kwara State polytechnic Also, there was no significant difference between the peace maintenance strategies adopted at Kwara State College of Education and kwara State Polytechnic.
