This paper examined the issues and prospects as regards e-learning in Nigeria Tertiary Institutions. The paper however was presented in the following order: Introduction of the object of the study, concept of e-learning, the origin of e-learning in Nigeria, advantages and disadvantages of e-learning, challenges of integrating e-learning in Nigeria Tertiary Institutions. In order to stem the tide, -the paper recommended among others, the transformation of the teaching curriculum which should involve teachers of ICT innovation that has impacted on the whole world and that all University administration should go into public and private partnership such as the one presently existing with Afrihub and also form consortium to purchase bandwidth, for the success of e-learning in Nigeria Tertiary Institutions. | 15.
