Bio: Hailed from Ikire, Irewole Local Government, Osun State, Nigeria. Possessed a Ph.D. in Food Technology, with a special interest in Food Chemistry and processing. Currently working on the development and characterization of functional foods from underutilized food materials, towards alleviation of food insecurity in developing Nations.
